The Ed is well located towards the city end of sought-after Mount Eden.
This project provides 52 Quest hotel rooms and 36 rental apartments plus a ground floor community space, separate ground floor foyers and 70 carparks.
Construction commenced in September 2019 and was completed in July 2021.
The Ed was purchased by Resident Properties. Resident Properties has an association with Reidy & Co and Haydn & Rollett who were contracted to manage the project through to completion.
