Project summary /

A 10 level building with an area of approx. 28,000sqm providing 203 student apartments (3,4,5 & 6 bedrooms) for 907 students plus common area amenities and an internal landscaped courtyard.

Construction of the project commenced in 2020 and was completed in January 2023. The entire building has been leased by University of Auckland on a 30 year initial lease term.

The project was completed in a joint venture with Haydn & Rollett and is now owned by Ergon Properties.
