Located on a main arterial road in Tauranga's city centre, the new project will be University of Waikato's newest student accommodation building.
The site is in close proximity to University of Waikato's Tauranga Campus and will house 228 students in self contained studio style accommodation including common lounges, kitchens, studies, media room and an outdoor landscaped courtyard/BBQ area.
The project will be developed in a partnership with Haydn & Rollett and Ergon Properties with University of Waikato taking a long-term lease. Fosters will build the project which has been designed by Warren & Mahoney and BCD.
